Cadyn Wilson spent 120 days editing a project to improve time management skills. The project involved setting aside specific time each day to edit 5-10 pages and ensure high quality work. This was challenging but helped strengthen skills. Cadyn learned about pioneering time management experts Frank and Lillian Gilbreth who studied how to save seconds and invented Therbligs. The presentation provided tips on setting goals, controlling impulses, and planning ahead to better manage time. Cadyn is grateful for support from mentors during the capstone project.
